Bio
I am currently a part-time faculty member in the School of Education at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I received my Ed.D in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Mathematics Education from Boise State University in August 2019. Prior to pursuing my doctorate, I was a public junior high school mathematics teacher for ten years and chair of the mathematics department for one year. I also served for two years as a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) at the district level, where I provided professional development for TK-8 teachers in mathematics, science, English Language Arts, and Dual Language Immersion.
